About Paperka
Paperka is a collection of free, browser-based generators for printable PDF templates: lined paper, graph and dot grid paper, planners, trackers, study sheets, puzzles, and other everyday pages.
Paperka is intended to make a clean, correctly sized printable page available without a watermark, account, or design editor.
Who it is for
The site is used by whoever is doing the printing: a parent making a practice sheet before school, a teacher preparing a seating chart for a substitute, a tutor cutting a set of flashcards, a student setting up Cornell paper for a lecture, someone who needs a budget page tonight.
That distinction matters for the templates aimed at learning. A maze, a word search, or a handwriting sheet is intended to be set up by an adult and handed over on paper. The website is not presented as an online activity for children, has no visitor accounts, and does not ask for a visitor's age. The seating-chart tool is the documented exception that can accept names supplied by an authorised adult.
Who operates this
Paperka is operated by Dmytro Zozulia, a software developer based in Ukraine. It is an independent project rather than a publishing operation.
The templates focus on ordinary printing tasks. Printers differ in their margins, and a planner that looks fine on screen can still be clipped or scaled by a print driver. Paperka therefore exposes paper size, spacing, orientation, and other settings that materially affect the finished page.
Questions, corrections, and bug reports reach the operator directly by email, and corrections to the written guidance on these pages are welcome.
What the generators check automatically
Page geometry is generated separately for US Letter and A4 instead of being scaled from one to the other, so a stated line spacing or grid pitch is the measurement the PDF is actually drawn at.
Several puzzle generators run checks in code. A maze solver checks for a route from entrance to exit. Sudoku clues are removed only while the solver reports one solution. A word search reports words it could not place rather than silently dropping them, and worksheet answer pages are derived from the same generated problem data to reduce the risk of a mismatch. These checks cover specific properties; they are not a guarantee that every output is error-free.
What software cannot check is how a page behaves on your printer. Hardware margins, scaling defaults, and how light a grey prints differ between machines, so print one page at actual size before committing to a batch.
How the tools work
Generators generally follow the same workflow: choose the available options, use the preview as a visual guide, and download a PDF with the requested US Letter or A4 page dimensions. The preview is an approximation; check the downloaded file and a test print when dimensions or layout are important.
There are no accounts and no watermarks. Most generator settings are reflected in the page URL, so you can bookmark a configured template and print the same page again later. The seating chart is the deliberate exception: a class list would be the wrong thing to put in a link, so it is submitted separately and does not appear in the address.
Is it really free?
Yes. All tools are free for personal, classroom, and internal business use. The site may show ads and use basic analytics to cover hosting and development, as described in the privacy policy.
